Next, when I am ready to start, I will contact you through the method you listed to confirm whether you are still interested. Please note that I am still a student, so it may take some time before I check in.

Once everything is confirmed, I will begin the commission once the invoice is paid.

I will provide progress updates (if applicable) periodically as I progress through the commission.

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.

Please provide visual references, preferably colored. I cannot work only off of written descriptions.

I have the right to decline commission requests.

I retain the right to post the artwork to my social media or include it in my portfolio, but if you wish to keep it private don’t hesitate to let me know.

Do not RESELL my artwork (i.e. merchandise, prints, especially not for NFTs, etc.) You can edit it and post it to your social media as long as you credit me.

You may not remove my signature from my artwork unless we agreed to something otherwise.

You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference it.

Commissions may take a week to 2 months due to many reasons; such as, school, family issues, or personal issues. I will keep you up to date on the progress.

If you wish to jump the waitlist or commission me when I am closed, there will be an additional charge of $100USD.

As I progress through the commission, you will receive work in progress photos to ensure the image is looking satisfactory, which will be low quality and/or watermarked.

You will only receive the final commission in .PNG files unless stated otherwise.

I only do business through Paypal or Stripe.

An invoice will be sent after we agree over the details of the project.

Refunds will be based on how much work has been done on the commission. The refund percentage is based off the full price of the commission. There is a minimum fee of $10 USD if any work was done and you request a refund.

At least a 50% down payment is needed for any projects over $50 USD. Commissions **under $50 USD must be paid upfront **before I can start. If the halfway point is reached (likely to be at the rough color sketch) before the second half of the payment is received, the project will be paused and continued after receiving the second half of the payment.

You may only change the subject of the commission during the plain sketching phase.

If there is a deadline within 2 weeks , you will be charged a rush fee of $25. I will not accept a commission with a deadline in 5 days.

If the subject of the commission has been changed, I am allowed to reassess the price of the commission. There will be a fee of $5 after 2 big revisions; such as, change in composition, major changes in posing after one was agreed on, or switching to a different character. Of course, if there are anatomy mistakes or if something looks weird or incorrect, don't hesitate to notify me.

If the final product is unsatisfactory, I will not refund or redo the piece. However, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed upon and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do so.

If I am unable to complete the work for some reason, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.

Use of the commissioned work for commercial purposes of any other kind is not allowed unless discussed with the artist.

Limited Commerical use (2x): For streaming and advertising purposes. I retain the rights to the work (so you need to give credit), and the client is not authorized to use it for any purpose not agreed upon.

Full Copyright (5x): Get full copyright to use for any projects and the .PSD file

Examples of commerical use (Feel free to contact me and ask if you are uncertain whether your commission would be considered commercial use):

For Twitch/Youtube/business social media sites that could be used to generate profit (including profile pictures)

Skeb-style commissions are where you give me your budget and a description of what you want. I will draw based on the amount given. You cannot revise or give additional comment after submitting a form. I will only contact you to confirm you are still interested, to confirm payment, and to email you the final piece.

The amount of where things fall will generally be about 10% less than the typical illustration prices as there is no need for constant communication.

However, the minimum amount for this type of commission for personal use is $30USD.

For commercial use, the minimum amount will begin at $60 USD.

Please note that bust and headshot prices do not include hands. For each additional hand, it is $7.50 USD.

These prices are a guide as not everything will fit nicely in these categories. Ideally, if there is a piece that is similar to your target idea, linking it would make it easier for me to price the commission.

Simple background: Free (Things like solid colored backgrounds, big shapes, or gradients)

Complex background: Starting from $15 USD (increases with complexity)

MAX. 5 characters per commission (You are not limited to 5 characters overall, just 5 per piece)

Cost per additional character will be about 75% of the normal price.

Complicated details will increase the price, which can range from $15-$50 per character.

Extra props will increase the price based on complexity, which can range from $15-$100.
